- McLaughlin Freightlines Drivers are of the highest calibre with not less than five years heavy transport experience, and over the age of 26 years, as per the requirements of the Company’s Insurance Policy.
- All staff will comply with company policies and procedures, including medical requirements.
- All staff are required to wear Company supplied uniforms and Safety Equipment and to maintain an excellent dress standard.
- All staff will be fully trained to McLaughlin Freightlines requirements before commencement of duties.
- Staff undertake a rigorous in house induction by the Company’s Qualified Driver Trainer, then monitored on a daily basis by McLaughlin’s Operations Manager.
- A copy of The Company’s Heavy Motor Driving Manual is located in the glove box of the vehicle for referencing of any procedures.
- All Staff are to undergo a full medical prior to employment.
- All Staff are well aware that McLaughlin’s Freightlines, may at any time, request the employee to undertake a random drug test.
