Wayne & Diane Mclaughlin - Directors

Wayne was 'born into the business' as his parents owned and operated a successful transportation company in New Zealand. Wayne's and Diane's commitment to exceeding their clients expectations has been a major force behind the growth of the company. Both Wayne and Diane have experience at all levels of the industry which in turn has provided an overall understanding of the operational issues the company and its employees deal with on a day to day basis. Away from work both Wayne and Diane enjoy spending time with their children Scott (an 'ace' Go-Karter) and their daughter Samantha.

Shane Miers - National Operations Manager

Shane has been involved in the transport industry since he was 15. His experience in all facets of the industry is second to none and he is passionate about ensuring the company maintains its exceptional customer service record and promotes professional environment for drivers. Away from work you will always find Shane chasing some form of motorsport!

Philip Flynn - Customer Services Manager

Philip’s involvement with the transport industry stretches as long as his memory allows! He grew up around (and in) trucks as his father operated a transport business. Philip has an enormous range of industry experience having maintained and driven trucks as well as run logistical and administrative operations including working in the USA for seven years. Away from work you will find Philip following ‘anything Holden’ around the track!

Noel Gray National Fleet Manager - Griffith Office

Noel has always worked in the transport industry. A qualified diesel mechanic, Noel runs the workshop in Hanwood, (Griffith) and oversees the mechanical maintenance of the entire fleet. A 'natural mechanic', Noel still likes getting his hands dirty as often as he can and leads the way in maintaining the rigerous standards set by McLaughlin Freightlines in regard to mechaincal safety and reliability.

Marion Abraham Sydney Admin Manager

Marion has used her background in Banking and Office Administration to ensure things always run as they should at the MFL Sydney Office. Marion enjoys the challenge the Transport Industry provides, and most importantly being part of an organisation which she describes as having "A great team spirit from top to bottom.” Away from work Marion enjoys a good read and of course spending time with her family (Husband Grant & Son Sam) and their 2 Black Belgian Shepherds!

Kim Mecham Admin - Griffith Office

Kim, who comes from a farming background, has lived in the district all her life. She is a very organized person who has many years of experience in Transport and a great understanding of the industry as a whole. Kim and her husband David have 3 very lively, mischievous boys who keep them both very busy! Aside from spending time with her family, away from work Kim enjoys keeping fit and cooking (as long as someone else cleans up!)
