Fatigue Management

McLaughlin Freightlines is an accredited Fatigue Management Operator, achieved through individual employees taking a course run by the National Road Transport Commission.

Driver Safe Plans are issued to all drivers prior to departure, and signed off by the Sender, Receiver and the driver.

This course promotes better management of drive time and sleep time.

GPS also plays a major part of the management of Fatigue, as the GPS system is monitored to ensure drivers adhere to their Driver Safe Plan.
